The Organizational Transformation through Agile Project Leadership
Professional Development Program

Knowing and understanding project management methodologies is one thing.

Being able to implement those techniques in real time at the operational level is quite another.

Guerrilla Enterprise has set up a professional development program to assist in this process:

The Organizational Transformation through Agile Project Leadership Professional Development Program.

Based on professional designation standards currently being developed by the Agile Project Leadership Network, this program is designed to:

1. Train project managers to better manager current projects currently under their direction using agile methodologies.

2. Train operational level employees who are unfamiliar with project management techniques to be more effective members of agiley managed project teams currently in the design or deployment phase.

3. Develop and train junior project managers or potential project managers in the effective methodologies of agile project management.

Unlike other professional development training programs in the project management arena, our program is customized to your project implementation requirements, and delivered in a time efficient manner. For instance, delivery at the operational level starts out as a natural extension of the basic "corporate culture" training all employees receive. Typically, the training is delivered in a series of one hour e-learning experiences, scheduled throughout the normal operational duties of the employee. A typical "base level" training is delivered in 5 to 10 one hour learning modules, spread out over a one month period of time. Usually, for organizations in which "agile" is new, we recommend delivering this base level of training several months prior to the training for the implementation of the specific business process/information system change anticipated.
